Your privacy matters. This Policy explains what Polaris collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using any Polaris service, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Polaris collects only the information necessary to provide and improve the service:
- Contact Information: Name, email, and communication identifiers provided during onboarding or inquiry.
- Payment Information: For crypto activation, Polaris may collect transaction hash, payment amount, network, wallet/payment confirmation data, and customer contact details. Polaris does not store card numbers or full payment credentials.
- Account & Trading Info: Broker platform type, capital tier, and operational parameters required for configuration.
- API Keys: Trading-only API keys submitted during onboarding, stored securely and used solely for software operation.
- Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration via standard analytics and Cloudflare.
2. How We Use Your Information

Polaris does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. API Key Handling
Trading-only API keys are treated with the highest level of security:
- Stored using industry-standard encryption at rest.
- Transmitted only over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Used exclusively for trade execution — never for withdrawal or fund transfer.
- Never shared with third parties or transmitted via unencrypted channels.
- Deactivated and removed from systems upon service termination.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
- Crypto Payment Networks: On-chain payment confirmation may require review of public blockchain transaction metadata such as transaction hash, wallet address, amount, token, and network.
- Cloudflare: Website delivery, DDoS protection, and performance. May process request metadata including IP addresses.
- Web Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics to improve user experience. No personal identifiers stored.
5. Data Security
Polaris implements appropriate technical and organizational measures:
- All data transmitted between your browser and polaris-bot.com is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- API credentials are stored with encryption at rest.
- Access to client data is restricted to authorized Polaris personnel on a need-to-know basis.
No system guarantees absolute security. You transmit data at your own risk.
6. Data Retention
Active client data is retained for the duration of the service. API keys are deactivated and removed upon termination. Billing records may be retained up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
